 Pale straw in colour with green-gold tints. Fragrant, perfumed, floral aromas of white Daphne and roses with underlying hints of musk and vanilla bean. The palate is light and refreshing with flavors of mango sorbet and tropical fruit. The residual fruit sweetness is nicely balanced by fresh citrus acidity and a subtle spritz on the finish.

Riesling, O'Leary

 NASAA certified organic grown and made since 2010, the 2019 Polish Hill Riesling is looking exceptional. The bouquet abounds with trademark talc and bath powder, lifted by freshly squeezed lime. Delicate minerality on the palate is beautifully balanced by its crisp natural acidity.

Assyrtiko, Jim Barry

 Clear, palest straw colour in the glass. The wine opens with citrus rind, lemon blossom and a lick of wet slate on the nose. This wine has a sense of purpose in its line. Clean mineral, white floral and nice texture through the mid and back with the classic saline edge to finish. Screaming summer drinking, the finish is clean and refreshingly long.
